    I'm not a JAVA programmer, but I can learn things pretty quick. I've encountered a situation where it's necessary to program in JAVA so I'm doing a bit of background digging. I found this article introducing the basics behind the JAVA class loader; seems rather bizarre to me...I can't justify my statement yet, but something just seems hackish.

    I wish I would have stumbled across this article sooner - there is sample code included with it that implements many of the providers available in ASP.Net for an Oracle 10g database (and if you've been monitoring my blog lately, you see it's something I've been interested in).
